This year Green Soluce and IEIF  unveil the first study of its kind on sustainable investment in the real estate sector in Europe, in partnership with nine leading European real estate organisations.  

Its objective is to provide an overview of sustainable investment best practices of fund managers, property companies and institutional investors in Europe, and to identify drivers, challenges, and prospective trends in sustainable real estate investment.
